CONTACTING US

The main aim of FLAG is to help women and children that normally would not seek or cannot afford legal help and advice by offering them a legal aid service. Before advice or representation is given, a means test has to be followed to make sure the client falls within the FLAG criteria for legal aid. FLAG encourages mediation as a way of resolving disputes between individuals.

The advantages of mediation, as a tool to resolve disputes are that:

It is faster

It is more cost- effective

It is more private and confidential

It is a neutral process ( mediators do not take sides )

The parties involved have more control on the out come.

FLAG's aim is to provide a service that has never before been provided, to the most vulnerable in our society, to aid them when they are at their most vulnerable.
